Originally Released in 1980.

Exclusive 2003 limited CD & DVD release for France with both the Soundtrack "Flash Gordon" by Queen (or as they say in France BOF; Bande Original du Film) as well as the DVD for the movie "Flash Gordon".
The CD together with DVD comes in a unique sliding box. The 2 sliding halves of the box close around the Flash Gordon logo. The box folds out into a case displaying both pictures and drawings of movie scenes and details of both CD and DVD. Details of the CD ("LA BOF") display tracks, track numbers, group members etcetera.

On the backside of the sliding case is a adhesive sheet displaying Format, Audio and Subtitles info on the DVD together with info on the soundtrack CD.

CD is the 1994 Digital Master Series release (cat.# 0777 7 89499 2 3 on Parlophone). The disc mentions "Made in Holland".
The DVD has number 3011739 on Studio Canal/Universal). The DVD system is PAL.

The whole box set is release under license from Studio Canal / Univrsal Music Group. Year 2003.
The box has number EDV 29 / 301173-9.
