May have stumbled on genuine CD rarity with this one due to the limited run, and the re-issue almost expunging this version's existence from reference on the internet...

and possibly a minor classic, the reputation and appreciation of which, will likely grow over time.

There is, of course a strong sense of Lamb's signature sound here, but if placed on a shelf alongside Lamb's albums, would probably lean more toward Massive Attack, but with slightly softer edges, and a marginally more ambient feel... the use of a Harp here and there for colouring and an element of lo-fi noodling intricacy may also endear it to fans of other groups like Zero 7 and the odd, gentle scrape will recommend it to Portishead or Tricky fans too, but with a beauty all it's own...

It's OK to Judge this one by it's cover... I think I might be spending a lot of time with this album.
