RogerFoster 30th May 2016		The insert notes (see image #1070443) get the history of The Main Ingredient wrong, They did start out as a group called The Poets who recorded for Red Bird in 1975, but then they changed their name to The Insiders in 1966, moved to RCA in 1967 and then changed their name yet again to The Main Ingredient in 1969. They are most certainly NOT the group who had a hit in 1966 with "She Blew A Good Thing", which was on Symbol 45-214. But then I see that exactly the same error was present in the notes for this 1989 compilation. Their discography on 45Cat should make it clearer.
