 Added the rear card inlay of the early version, I suppose it comes from the early 90s.

 I have the original German version, made in Germany on the back instead of all those other countries, and no ZYX mention. Same CD and same catalog number though.

 These ZYX releases are mostly from the early 2000's, and usually I would say make this "International" because Festival Records in Australia is named on the back, but this appears not to have made it to Australia, probably because Festival already had it in print under one of their own catalogue numbers (probably a local pressing), and this later issue doesn't appear in PLATTERLOG. Similarly, Ace UK's 2005 catalogue lists this with their own catalogue number, allocated years before. So, I would be wary about even making this Europe, unless anybody from the other named countries can confirm that it was actually released there.
