Good quality bootleg in a trifold card sleeve. None of the three Splinter albums have been officially released on CD, sadly.

Out of all the albums cut by artists in The Beatles' orbit, Splinter's The Place I Love is the one that, along with the Badfinger's albums, deserves reissue.

The Place I Love was produced by ex-Beatle George Harrison, featuring his guitar playing on every track under different pseudonyms and joined by Alvin Lee, Billy Preston, Gary Wright, Jim Keltner, Klaus Voorman, and both members of Splinter. Harrison is also an instrumentalist on Lonely Man and Round And Round from Splinter's subsequent Harder To Live and Two Man Band albums.
