In booklet:
Het was al eens voorgekomen dat mensen mij vroegen: "Waarom breng jij niet een boek uit met alleen Vroomhoopse bands?"
Ik heb daar destijds wel eens over nagedacht, maar het kwam er maar niet van, totdat er een CD uit zou komen met nummers van Bliand.
Dat bracht mij op het idee er meer bands aan toe te voegen en zo een muzikaal overzicht te maken in plaats van een boek.
Het resultaat is deze 3CD-set "The Years Around The Wizard".

People had already asked me a couple of times: "Why don't you release a book with only bands from Vroomshoop?"
I did give it some thought, but never came round to actually putting pen to paper, until a release with Bliand songs was in the making.
It gave me the idea to add more bands and in that way, create a musical survey instead of a book.
The result is this 3CD-set "The Years Around The Wizard".
