 Only available or sold in the UK? I doubt it, the other site lists this as UK and Europe and there are copies available worldwide that are not listed as imports. This one is a tricky customer, ticks all the boxes for UK, Europe and International. We may need to introduce a new category Universal to cater for the likes of these. There seems to be no "made in ..." information anywhere on the CD/DVD or packaging so whatever it ends up I don't mind. The International cybershop link is telling when considering the modern marketplace in that I can buy this in Australia from the USA (from the link above) and that at no point is this release considered an import. I'm not trying to be cheeky here more of a reality check of what we're dealing with in terms of how the current market operates or can be manipulated.

Oh, just spotted this on page 7 of the booklet "released via Inner Knot (USA/Canada), WHD (Japan), Panegyric (rest of World)". So if that's all we have to go on it should be made International. Any other thoughts?
