 This Tamara is from Spain, so her interest in performing the songs of Mexican composer José Alfredo Jiménez is unusual. She struggles to conceal her Spanish accent (of Spain) to render authentic sounding versions of the Mexican songs. Her voice is memorable, with a hint of resin sometimes heard in Spanish singers.

This is another album released on the Universal label, rather than Universal Music Latino, possibly because this singer is from Spain, not the Americas.

Darsha Music also appears on disc.
