I've just picked up a mistake in Hideki's notes: "How Many Times Did You Mean It" was actually first issued on Tamla 54121 in August 1965.

I used to own this CD, bought would you believe from HMV Oxford Street, in London's West End, which was claiming to be the largest record store in Europe at one time, not so sure if that still holds true today.

I think the CD cost around £14.99p and as far as I recall it was bought around 1991, and that seems to disagree with the release date above, but I know I bought both "Greatest Hits And Rare Classics" US issue CDs by Brenda Holloway MOTD-5485, and Kim Weston MOTD-5486, also out of HMV Oxford Street around 1991, and I cannot recall a seven year hiatus between buying the two Brenda Holloway CDs. I probably paid by credit card, so I may have some proof somewhere as to the date of purchase, (no biggie, just don't hold your breath.....lol).

My copy somehow snuck away from me, I think it was stolen by a visitor to my home, anyhow, it's long gone.

Marginal Records did not have any rights to issue this CD, and I therefore label it as an "Unauthorised Issue" rather than a "Boot-Leg" which I understand normally refers to unauthorised "Live" recordings. Marginal got way with it for a while, and I doubt anyone at HMV realised they were selling 'moody' product, so I wonder if anyone is selling any CDs on Marginal as of today.
