Tracks 1-17 are a recording of a show for 100 invited guests, held at Elstree Studio in Borehamwood, Herts. on Sep 6, 1975, to play the setlist of Wings' imminent world tour.
Tracks 18-28 are known as "The Backyard Tape," recorded outside of Abbey Road Studios near the reverb chambers, and filmed on August 15, 1974.
