| | For those of you who were wondering why the CD insert refers to the March 2016 issue rather than the actual May 2016 issue it belongs to, the March 2016 magazine issue was hastily redesigned following the death of David Bowie in January 2016 and the magazine contains the following note on the letters page:
"Due to the late breaking news of David Bowie's passing, we made the decision to withdraw the CD from this issue as it would have made for an incongruous package. We have added a series of commemorative posters to this month's magazine." |

| | #1 again the game's afoot Watson and an investigation is underway. We may also find out why The Red Crayola's fairly average "Hurricane Fighter Plane" is used so often on 60's garage/psyche compilations. Mojo magazine itself has used this track on a cover CD prior to this on Mojo Presents: I Can See For Miles back in Apr 2009.
Roger, as I'm not a Christian I can't join you in praying for the demise of CD from the #1 spot but I am playing the CD in Widdershins in a Pagan attempt to undo the harm done by this CD. Unfortunately, though I fear your comment and my comment here on the listing page may inadvertently keep the CD at #1 till at least tomorrow.

| | OK Folks ... why is this nondescript CD number one again today?
What plots are going on?
What conspiracies are unfolding out there?
What indescribable pains are people going through before they are forced to look at this page??
Please join me in praying for the souls of those whose only comfort in life is accessing here. |

| | Oh, no look at all those comments it will genuinely be No. 1 now but it definitely has been in that position for ages before my comments were made yesterday. It's a bit hard to believe 13th Floor Elevators were inspired more by the Stones than LSD when they wrote Reverberation though but it's a great song to get free on a compilation. |

| | Seems you are correct nboldock .. the webpage for it is to be found here.
Seems the magazine is devoted to The Rolling Stones and the weird musical shifts they inspired around 1966 ... hence the title and musical content of the CD. Phew!!
Still doesn't explain the popularity of this particular item here though, or why the CD insert says it belongs to the March 2016 issue. I wonder if the two are connected? :) |

| | It's out now and for magazine CDs we date them in line with the issue date of the magazine, so the date of May 2016 is correct and although it sounds like it isn't out yet... it is. Hopefully that makes sense :-) |

| | Are the staff of Mojo all members of 45Worlds and forced to click on this everyday?? This CD has been No.1 in the Top Fifty for over a week. Or is it a glitch? So far this is the only comment on the CD which is unusual because when a CD stays at No.1 for so long it is usually because there are some problems or contentious issues surrounding the entry. This just looks yer bog standard Mojo CD to me. |
