case b. insert and card slip-cover state "a product from uk."
"licensed from: licensemusic.com aps, an original lost gold recording" on case f. insert, no further info. these have to be recordings made under bert berns' direction for his bang! label - I recognise quite a few of them - but how they come to be released in this manner, i do not know. the only other clue is that the two discs bear, above the compact disc digital audio logo, an mcps logo and a script "-ug" logo on a horizontally-laid white and oval.
the orange connection with the netherlands - and the uk royal succession after the stuarts - from their origins as french nobility strengthens the chances this is an eu release, despite the statement on the insert & slip-cover that it is a uk product.
