Arranged & orchestrated by Richard Carpenter.

Recorded live 7-9 June 1974 at the Festival Hall, Osaka, Japan and originally released as a (vinyl) double album, in Japan only, on 6 March 1975. It was subsequently released on CD on 1 March 1993, again in Japan only.

A remastered CD was released in 2009.

Curiously on both the LP and CD, the opening minute of the concert features some feedback and warm-up noises before the announcer actually introduces the group.
