Images added. Back cover (J-card) has a saw cut in one spine, signifying a deletion. Concord deleted hundreds of back catalogue items in 2010, unlike Fantasy, who kept much of their product in print for decades. This CD stayed in print much longer than the two original LP's did (as did a lot of Fantasy's Stax issues).
Release date from Amazon US seems to be accurate, and more-or-less matches Schwann catalogue, which said 11/1999. Both are certainly more accurate than Concord's archived website which said April 1990! Unfortunately, no proper entry in the US Copyright Office for this, it only appears in 2004 in a massive document submitted by Concord called "mortgage of copyright and security agreement". No copyright registration for Rob Bowman's booklet notes either (yet some of his other Stax liner notes are present there).
