Disc 1 is a hybrid of a low-generation tape of WABC-FM New York CIty DJ Babalu (Bob Lewis), intercut with a higher-generation dub of him playing a tape dub of the White Album acetate [pictured below] on his radio show, from November 8, 1968, fourteen days before the finished LP was released to the public.
Disc 2 is, after two other outtakes, much of the session for "Blackbird", performed by Paul. John and Ringo are heard on the tape between takes and during some brief jams, as is George Martin.
Information given in the CD booklet about the sources of its contents is almost entirely erroneous, beyond mentioning that tracks 3-19 were previously issued on the 1997 Midnight Beat CD "Gone Tomorrow, Here Today."

If I ever see any information to disprove this, I'll come back and change it. As far as I can tell, there were only four issues on the European Sam's Goodies label, all in 2016. The other three are listed here, and scans of their covers can be seen at Discogs.
