mmmalade: i s'spect it's for either your last-suggested reason, or from a simple computer-wppsed tyop° re- (& re-re-) duplicated from that wppsfile: computers'n'wppsers're ways of making more mistakes more widespread, and much faster - frequently more, further & faster each by many factors (or even powers) of ten...
Maybe it's like when a couple of letters are omitted and replaced with dashes in a four letter word of the more naughty variety...
(Even though this only serves to highlight the naughtiness of the word, and make it more compelling, and at the same time still imply the meaning, and that it is regarded as having special power, and that the person using it at once considers it especially naughty, and so speaks to how edgy they are, while at the same time displaying that they do not have the courage to present the full word... this just fetishizes the word For F_ _k's sake!).
Here it could be implying: "Where the Action Is(n't)" (?)
As if not being where the action is, is somehow wrong and unspeakably lame.
Or maybe it's like a computer cursor, which implies there's more of the title to come, which could more greatly define exactly where the action indeed, is. But leaving it open allows you to imagine exactly where, in your own opinion said action resides.
...or maybe it's just the art department thinking it looks cool.
