I don't think so. There's gonna be a Disky Australia. I mainly talking about the European Disky's that are a real mess. There are Swedish ones for only the Swedish market listed as Dutch, German ones for only the German market listed as Dutch etc. Let me work on it the coming days....

DIsky actually made discs in Australia too Leonard which is a bit weird, this Specials release is an example. The cover is printed in Holland though so this is a dual citizen of sorts. I agree though, that it makes more sense in general if the CD was made in the EU but what about my album? I listed it as Australian on the strength that the CD was made in Australia and has a different cat# on the disc. Should I change it?

The logic is that we're trying to find a system that works. Probably all European Disky's should be made Dutch (Independent company from The Netherlands) like Ace is UK and Bear Family is German, but sold all over the globe. THat is the only way to keep things together. And it can only be achieved if people add images where the small print is readable or submitted with p's and c's in the notes. In this case we have only the image of the front. It could be from any Disky country. Lump first, than split on basis what's on the back. DIsky.de, Disky.dk, Disky,uk and all other countries.

Why the country of release in this instance, what's so special about this one?
What's different about this disc from any others?
Why isn't this put under Europe like almost everything else made anywhere in Europe?
Not that I want that to happen, but it might help me to understand your logic.

If we didn't have them, we'd have a lot of entries placed under the country of manufacture. Discs intended for international distribution are manufactured in only one or two countries (e.g. NL), and it's the country of release which concerns us here.

I like the fact that this is marked as Netherlands. The Europe and International categories are meaningless and a huge mistake imho.
