Yes, kab2112 I can see your point but these legal loophole productions are difficult to place within the parameters of the site. It may be an idea to add "Unofficial Release" to the options when entering items because as you say there is a difference between "bootlegs" and "unofficial releases".
I have a few CDs that are not endorsed by the artists that I do not categorise as bootlegs. They may be unofficial releases, but I'm reluctant to use the term bootleg for Some of these. There are loads of DVD releases the same.
