Neil Forbes 18th Feb 2015		Licenced BY Stargrove...? Shouln't that be Licenced TO Stargrove from EMI(The Gramophone Co.) Hayes Middlesex England? And I'm BLOODY sure EMI WOULD NOT have done so! The Beatles backlists are EMI's biggest cash cow! They'd be damned if they'd licence such precious stuff to some dinky little tin-pot operation in Canada's backblocks!

Jock_Girl 17th Feb 2015		The pair, this CD and and the Can't Buy Me Love one, have shown up on eBay from a seller in Canada with a price of US$20. In a strange turn, perhaps because this is over the twice the retail prices for the two of them, the seller will not ship to Canada, even though he is located there.
JPGR&B SUBS 16th Feb 2015		Available on Walmart's website. Walmart's website indicates that this title is produced by Anderson Merchandisers. A Google search does find a website for Anderson Merchandisers, and if you click on their "who do we work with" link you will see Universal, Sony, and Warner among the media companies listed.

JPGR&B SUBS 16th Feb 2015		I've just done a search for this on the internet using the barcode, and have stumbled across an advert in the 4 February 2015 edition of the newspaper Williams Lake Tribune [from Canada]. At the bottom of page A10 there is a Walmart add headed "Must Have New Release CDs...Save Money...Live Better". Five CDs are featured, with front cover artwork. They are: Diana Krall - Wallflower The Beatles - Love Me Do Fifth Harmony - Reflection Rodney Atkins - Greatest Hits Colin James - Heart On Fire Based on this I've dated these two Stargrove Beatles releases as February 2015.

Jock_Girl 7th Feb 2015		Possibly the first North American issue of 'public domain' Beatles tracks. This disk, while manufactured in the USA, is on sale at Walmart in Canada for $5. Supposedly, the tracks while not PD in the USA -- are PD in Canada!
