Please disregard the advice by the poster below. It is impossible to create a true stereo recording from a mono one by any method.
The Beatles were not recorded in mono. They were recorded in two-track, with instruments in the left and vocals and other elements in the right, to facilitate the easier balancing of one to the other for the mono albums and singles. The two track masters were issued without much more manipulation for the stereo LPs, until they went four-track.
All of these tracks are seeing their first Canadian public domain appearance as they were not a part of the 2 previously issued CDs. Two of them did see public domain release via Stargrove's UK operation on The Beatles & Friends which also features Elvis, The Hollies, The Beach Boys, and The Rolling Stones.
New release now being sold at Walmart of public domain Beatles material. Catalog number (STR0003) is out of order, timewise, as this was released after the Beach Boys compilation (STR0009). For the first time, the disc is manufactured in Canada, and the package gives the company's address.
