Notes

Originally issued as a promotional test-pressing only in 1977 (LP RTI). Probably the release was withdrawn. LP Cotillion SD 9017 (Issued as a pre-release only).
First issue by Syn-phonic in 1993 was in a special LP sized (12") gatefold cover with a custom designed CD holder insert.
Reissued in 2004 in a standard jewel case with black tray and 16-page booklet.

Sursum Corda is the musical fantasy story of a complete and separate world which you can enter in and travel about, staying as long as you wish; and you may come back whenever you please.
