Notes Given away as a promo for the newspaper, licensed by Warner music UK Ltd, promoted Rhino online sales, at www.Rhino.Co.Uk too, on reverse of cardboard sleeve. Only visible date on disc or sleeve is (p) 1967 WEA International Inc. - which didn't then exist (it's the original LP release date from Elektra). No indication of 90s remastering. No bar-code. Could alternatively be assignments to Rhino updoors, if any mod wishes to create such a beast.
