mojofilter 1st May 2021		Larry Gowan has permanently replaced Dennis DeYoung as the lead vocalist and keybordist with Styx since 1999, as a result of admiration from the band when he opened for them as a solo artist during appearances in Montreal and Quebec City in 1997. It must have been serendipity that he sings in the exact same range as DeYoung, and can replicate all his songs. In turn, they perform Gowan's biggest solo hits in their set, including "A Criminal Mind."
