CD Album
Notes ten a-sides and a b-side from emi's parlophone label, and one a-side from kinney/warner bros. - no contact address for the label, and only the source for the cover design noted further in any credits; strange. ("studio van dijken, enschede" which is, or is meant to sound, cloggie.) "mike mcgear" was mike mccartney, carefully avoiding charges of cashing-in on his sibling's success, sales etc; roger mcgough was (and remains) a successful poet "in his own write", so to say, and john gorman did dead-pan delivery as well as any domino driver. see 45cat for the fairly-full listing of the scaffold's singles (i'm certain there're some forn singles as've escaped us so far), and wonder whether emi were ashamed of then - this looks like an "instant remainder", and i've not seen the label around since.
