Notes

In slipcase "All tracks are re-recordings" according to the box but in reality only 11 are re-recorded in 1986 ,two new in 1986 and the rest very early originals from the very early 1950's !!

mister_tmg 19th Jan 2017		Yes, very strange combination, obviously because the 80s stuff was cheap and the 50s stuff was free to use... if they even paid for the 80s stuff at all. I notice this set came out in black and gold cases as well.



mikerhyl SUBS 18th Jan 2017		Not recommended..some of the 1986 recordings are mixed in with very early 1950's recordings.Would have been far better to have The 50's on one cd and the 1986 recordings on the other ,as quite understandably Petula's vocal style was very different on the early recordings.
