gregs45s SUBS 26th May 2024		CD Album Janis Joplin - Rare Pearls (1999)	I debated whether to add this as a Single, as it is only 5 tracks and is 23:41 long, but, after looking around, it does not appear to have been marketed as such, just as a "Compilation" so have added it here. Happy if you want to move it though.
gregs45s SUBS 25th May 2024		CD Album Billie Eilish - Hit Me Hard And Soft (2024)	@PhilMH, 23skidoo Hi, it's early days yet but looking at the 7 CD versions on Discogs (my entry is not on Discogs yet) ...... Both 23skidoo's entry and my entry has Universal Music International B.V. on the back. It appears that 23skidoo's entry might indeed be International, and may be the stock worldwide release?, and that my entry might need to be changed to UK, or are there HMV stores in Europe/Worldwide?, as it looks as though each store exclusive has a different Cat No./barcode specific to that country, i.e... The "Target" exclusive in the US uses 602465262971, and the UK "HMV" exclusive uses 602465568943 and, logically, therefore, any other countries store exclusives may also use their own specific Cat No's as well? Time will tell i'm sure;)

gregs45s SUBS 23rd May 2024		CD Album Billie Eilish - Hit Me Hard And Soft (2024)	There are many reviews online from people who have bought this on Vinyl and are very disappointed with the sound quality, claiming that the "Eco-Vinyl" used sounds very "muffled", so, probably better to get a Digital copy for now, perhaps waiting instead for a Remaster on Vinyl. This is strange, as a major artist, and considering Fineas and Billie take pride in their production, surely you check the sound quality on Vinyl before you release hundreds of thousands of them worldwide (there are 7 variations btw), and, therefore, it surely negates the initially commendable move to issue all of them on "Eco-Vinyl"?. (Further listening by the way has confirmed, to me at least, that this is probably her best album to date)

gregs45s SUBS 20th May 2024		CD Album Billie Eilish - Hit Me Hard And Soft (2024)	The new one from Billie, pretty good on the first listen through, great vocals, ethereal and perhaps a touch dark in places, but there's also a couple of up beat Disco tracks, so, something for everyone;) The packaging overall is very dark, so i had to lighten the three inside panels so that you can see the background, and the back to make the text legible, the actual shade is that of image 3569697. (I'll let someone with a larger scanner attempt to do the 9 panel poster)

I spent good time putting in all the individual artists, and when i submitted it it made all 14 tracks "DJ Ravin And DJ Dimi.EL", why did that happen?, this is a DJ mixed set where the main artist has always been credited to the mixing DJ/DJ's, and then the artists are each entered individually. Could a MOD please enter the individual artists for each track please? Curiously, this was the first release in 2013, it was then re-released in a card slipcover in 2015 (see M.M's linked entry), with very little difference as far as i can see, just the addition of a slipcover and different rear tray artwork. Obviously Parlophone hadn't sold as many as they wanted to;)

gregs45s SUBS 18th Apr 2024		CD Album Union J - You Got It All (2014)	Discogs has this as the "signed edition", although the signatures on this copy differ from the one there, a black marker has been used (they are not printed), so, maybe they hand signed a certain amount of these CD's on the front of the booklet?. There are (printed) signatures on each artists photo inside the boooklet so perhaps that its what is meant by "signed edition"?

gregs45s SUBS 16th Apr 2024		CD Album Robert Earl Keen - A Bigger Piece Of Sky (1993)	With a nod to leonard, an alternative rear tray artwork added with a different address for Sugar Hill Records. The rest matches the scans shown exactly, the only difference being around the CD Matrix, no "Mastered By Nimbus", just "DIDX-067011 01" and IFPI code, no manufacturer.
