In 2023 to celebrate Mal’s Golden Jubilee Elton John returned the tapes and copyrights in all of the songs. Mal has now produced a re imagined and remixed version of the album including a duet with his 13 year old self ‘I Don’t Know How To Say Goodbye’. The CD has the original ‘Rocket Boy’ album plus 6 Bonus Tracks discovered on various other tapes that Mal collected from Rocket Records.
