Disc 3, record labels changed to "Diana Ross and The Supremes" and features Ross, Wilson and Cindy Birdsong. Disc 4 is the final Supremes incarnation featuring Jean Terrell, Mary Wilson and Cindy Birdsong on tracks 1 - 15. Tracks 16-20 are Mary Wilson, Scherrie Payne and Suzaye Greene.

Track 2-12: "Only You" is the original Federal Records recording, not the Mercury hit version Although they have been cleaned up very well, many tracks sound as if they may have been transferred from original 78 RPM records.
