 Well I propose leaving it as it is (Belgium) for now, as you have the disc, you are the immediate authority :), and wait and see if anyone pops up and says: "No... this was also available in...", then we'll change it if need be.

 Urbanus is from Belgium and he sings in Flemish / Dutch. Outside Belgium he released a few 45s in the Netherlands and France in the early80's.
At the time, Philips had probably most (all?) their CDs made in Germany, even for a typical Dutch artist as Dorus. Hard to see, but this CD also says "Made in W.-Germany".

 Added this as a Belgian release. The disc mentions "Made in Germany" and the BIEM/STEMRA copyright thing, but the 7" version of this CD was released in Belgium with similar cat#
