Notes

Spanks first 'extended play' CD was released in December 2006.

The CD originally was originally intended as a four song package featuring completely new studio recordings.

The discovery of four unused tracks from the "Year of the Monkey" recordings prompted the band to add an additional four live tracks. For this recording the band used Nutshell Studios in Banbury.
