 It looks like this first came out in June 2004. This is what Discogs had and it fits in with the image (#1631549) I've just added of an Advert in "Blues & Soul" 922 (Jun 29th 2004) for this and Mr Solveig's debut Album.

I know I got this in early 2008, about the time that Duffy's "Mercy" was one of the big tunes of the day, so maybe it was re-promoted then?
