From A Lover To A Friend is the brand new single from Paul McCartney. The first new studio material for four years, From A Lover To A Friend is taken from the forthcoming Driving In The Rain album (due for release on November 12th). Recorded earlier this year in Los Angeles with Paul's all-American band, From A Lover To A Friend was produced by David Kahne (Sugar Ray, The Bangles, Tony Bennett etc.). The single is classic McCartney, with a real late-night feel in Paul's voice. From A Lover To A Friend is also set to feature heavily in the new Tom Cruise/Penelope Crz movie Vanilla Sky.
