Promotional release in slim case with round b&w "Promo Only Not For Sale" sticker..Catalogue number is misprinted on the spine as FICCSDJ 51.
There is another, very similar promo release, same green sleeve, same misprinted catalogue number on the spine. This version has "3.58" duration printed on inner sleeve and disc, but actually plays the 4:15 regular single version (Swing Radio Mix). The other version doesn't have duration on the inner sleeve, only on the disc (3.39), and really plays a shorter version.
