Comes in slimline jewel-case which is used the other way round. The CD lies face down in the tray as front picture and the insert serves as a back cover.

 That's an odd one.

I wonder if it could be some strange slimline case version of a fatbox style case, whereby this could be the back section of a double case - the front counterpart could be out there somewhere, with the cover facing "the right way"?

I sometimes come across cd albums in charity shops that look like this when they are missing their front cover and disc, and someone has just inserted it into a single disc case.

(As it is a single track disc, which has, by the looks of it, the title of the track in the inner ring where the matrix is, I'd favour the idea it's a promo)

 No cat#, no barcode and only one song. Looks like a promo but this isn't mentioned anywhere. Maybe it was some kind of freebie.
This is the first CD I saw where the jewel-case is used the other way round.
