 I'd have to agree with you Greg the disc should not be the front image in most cases having bought thousands of these Promos from Reviewers and Radio Stations the disc is normally enclosed either in the paper insert or behind the paper insert.
Though of course this could be an exception to that rule.

 I'd have to slightly disagree on that one MM, in my experience of promo's the artwork is normally one piece of white paper folded in half, but the Disc is normally placed between these and so is not visible from the front/back.
The artwork usually has at least the title/artist/record Co. on the front and is usually plain white on the back, so surely, no matter how bland it is, this is what you see from the front, not the Disc itself?

 I'm leaving the disc images for these promos as lead images, as the "cover" images are described as "Back (cover)" images, and I think this is common in promos, to simply have a backing card in a plastic wallet, with the disc itself presented as the lead focus of the package, and supplying the place of a front cover.
