I've retrieved my copy of the CD to have another look. First of all Biggie Tempo's comments re the catalogue no. are correct. W595CD1 does not appear on the disc or insert, only on the sticker; therefore the cat. no needs changing to 9362 42494-2, as is suggested.
The sticker with W595CD1 is confusing because it bears the same bar code. The bit I'm not sure about is the question of the country of release - and I would be interested to know whether any other members have purchased this item outside Germany.
There's no import sticker on my version and I don't recall there being an import sticker (as a rule I prefer not to remove such stickers). The standard pricing would suggest to me a standard release, excepting that this doesn't constitute proof one way or another.
As this is a major artist/seller, I would suggest we await comments from other members in due course, particularly from those with stickered copies. We can then be guided by evidence from members as to the release jurisdiction/s.
According to this the issue uploaded here is in fact the German issue (Catalog number: 9362 42494-2, not W595CD1) and was only released there, not throughout the whole of Europe.
The UK version (Cat no. W595CD1, not 9362 42494-2), is very similar (same tracks), but has a promo sticker on the case, a "gatefold" inner (as opposed to the German issue's "single sheet" inner) and the disc is made by Disctronics.
Pretty confusing, I know - as both UK and German issues have the same barcode - but crucially the German issue does not have the W595CD1 reference.
Suggest therefore a change of classification from Europe to Germany..., and the removal of Cat. no reference W595CD1, for the sake of good order...?
... And yes... I know it's got an HMV price sticker on it in Pounds Sterling, but HMV could have imported a German issue to cover demand in the UK (I recall in the early 90s the Oxford Street store in London had US Tori Amos CD singles on the display racks, among other goodies...) ...Discuss...
