Helen Willemse 27th Jul 2024		CD Single Wham! - Last Christmas (1992)	Aus Dem Aktuellen Album "If You Were There - Best Of Wham!" which means this release was not from 1992 (it says C 1992) and the album mentioned on the sticker is from 1997. So this is rererererererelease number 2000 in 1997.

Helen Willemse 10th Aug 2022		CD Single Diana Ross - Not Over You Yet (1999)	@ Magic Marmalade, ah I see... right, well you may have to remove it again because I was sure that this one was released October 4th. If it helps, the original release was October 25th in NL, I wrote it down at the time in pieces of paper for inside the cover. This promo was a gift from a friend in the UK who gave it to me weeks before the commercial release. So I assumed that this one at least was correct LOL! So basically this promo could be send out in September then? Wish they'd be more specific haha!

Helen Willemse 5th Aug 2022		CD Single Diana Ross - Goin' Back (2001)	Acetate was only used for LP, 10" and 7". They were made for limited use and wouldn't play more than a few times. The material wouldn't play in CD-players and they are were mostly made and used from the 1930's tot 50's. In the 70's and 80's they were made very limited by artists to give to DJ's in clubs. As 12" not CDR.. obvioulsy ;-) Acetate CD, CD-R, CD-Single etc was a made up thing... I even heard someone talk about a acetate MP3... This is just a CD-R... and CD-R's are known for the limited lifetime.. they fade out after a year, very cheap ones earlier (been there done that.. ) never make backups on CD-R to use later on, trust me! Interesting that the "term" acetate is used for digital sources too .. by chance I saw on Discogs they are going to change them all (the digital ones) to CD-R or promo. [Mod edit: Changed]
