Magic Marmalade 30th Mar 2020		CD Single Tori Amos - Glory Of The 80's (1999)	This is quite a no-tori-ous disc among those that know... (Did you see what I did there? Did you lke it? .... No?... then I'll stop.) The contents of the CD1 issue and the CD2 issues got mixed up, and effectively mispressed: CD1 content is to be found on a disc that looks like CD 2 (both cover art, and disc) and vice versa. There doesn't seem to be a predominance of the mispressed over the correctly pressed in truth, so you may be as likely to find the one of each as the other, taken as a proportion, perhaps, of the overall sales of this particular title. (Maybe if it had charted higher, and sold more over a longer period, it might have effected this ratio. once the earlier mispresses were recalled and replaced)

(The CD single, as distinct from the CD album) Many with this inner border and the "Another Virgin CD-Single" outer border Text are quite rare, but with differing values... this one tends to go for £20 and up.
Magic Marmalade 30th Mar 2020		CD Single Madonna - Into The Groove (1989)	a "Star Cover", as I've seen them refered to as. Fairly collectible.
Magic Marmalade 30th Mar 2020		CD Single Madonna - Borderline (U.S. Remix) (1995)	These 1995 Yellow disc CD singles of Madonna's of which there are 23, and which have the collected german vinyl 12" mixes reissued on CD, are quite collectible / sought after now, and do fetch a few bob apiece. So keep an eye out for them! (The ones with the star shaped picture on the cover - all artists - too)

Magic Marmalade 30th Mar 2020		CD Single Bananarama - More Than Physical (2015)	fanasticbaggie, I've been tinkering in your bananabox... very impressive. (...Jeez, that don't sound right! :( Have added all the extra tracks to the singles you requested, though not sure if all the singles from this set were in the queue - If any have been missed, let me know. Have also tied Bananarama artist page through links to Siobhan Fahey, and from her to Shakespear's Sister, and thence Marcella Detroit. Hopefully there's no more drama in the diorama of bananarama or anything resembling a Pyjama'd Llama Gymkhana :) What a carry on!

Hardly any vinyl at the boot fair on Sunday, so came away with a bag of cheap CD singles... ...Among which, was this, which I have just listened to for the first time whilst ripping about an hour ago... ....Putting my eyes aside for a moment, this is one of those great unexpected tunes that makes my ears start from my head (and proceed all the way down to my knees :) and burrows into my brain from word go. Top tune - will be going on my 2018 playlist for sure!

Magic Marmalade 25th Apr 2018		CD Single Garbage - Shut Your Mouth (2002)	There are three CDs in this Garbage Shut Your Mouth set, which all fit into a slipcase that came with part I... ...they are very rare, and quite valuable for CD singles - The whole set together can get around £80 +, and each individually can get around £30 + (probably easier to find the whole set together, than have to find the one or two you are missing, so this tends to be reflected in the asking price for each. (I Don't have part I, or the slipcase :(
Magic Marmalade 24th Apr 2018		CD Single Genesis - Tonight, Tonight, Tonight (Edited Version) (1987)	This is a re-issue of the Tonight... EP cd, that earlier one, which looks exactly like this, has a 12" remix of Invisible Touch (John Potoker remix) instead of Paperlate... ...That issue is incredibly rare, and absurdly valuable for a cd single; It has the cat number: CD EP 1.

Or one is a digi, in which case I'm inclined to leave as a separate entry - until both have images to judge by. I just like to leave a comment on the page to "mark it" for future reference. I'll leave both for time being though :)
