ShelterFan 10th Jan 2013		CD Single Alice Cooper - Lost In America (1994)	It appears to me that this is an insert for a slimline jewel case and perhaps the smaller size was to allow the picture disc underneath to be partially exposed. Otherwise it would have been hidden by the insert. As for why this particular item didn't have the picture disc is anyone's guess, especially when the cover clearly states it does..
