I added a video of "Rebel Without A Cause" under its French release title, and mentioned the original title as a note, because there already was another alternate title in Cinema World.

Contrary to what you said, IMDB lists films by the language of the country you're living in!
I thought Cinema World was allowing us to see for a given film, ALL the different editions, worldwide. If that's not true, then I'll stop contributing, simple as that.
