To quote a Motion Picture News article from April 24, 1915 “There is no real plot to this picture, but it is a find example of slapstick comedy”.

This picture was the last film made before Lloyd left after he found out Steward was getting paid twice as much as him (granted that was only a $5 dollar difference). Pathé hired Harold having seeing potential in this short.
