Dr Doom SUBS 13th May 2015		Rated 7/10 A very simple premise but a most affecting film. Set during an economic recession, a small company of 16 employees are given a vote to decide whether to keep their 'bonus' and not allow Sandra (Marion Cotillard) to return from sick leave to her old job or sacrifice their bonus to let her keep her job. Politics in a microcosm and with very direct results. Sandra visits her fellow employees one by one in an effort to save her job. The meetings are shot in real time and are in turns, moving, painful, uplifiting and awkward. It's a very low-key film but beautiful in it's own way.
