YankeeDisc SUBS 6th Sep 2019		*"Everybody Gets to Go to the Moon"* - performed during film by The Three Degrees ....here's the girls performing the song from the film "The French Connection", but I believe it is a different take, from another performance, anyhow, you'll get the picture.... I wonder if the girls ever picked their feet in Poughkeepsie.....??



YankeeDisc SUBS 6th Sep 2019		How many realise that The Three Degrees made their first appearance in a movie in a scene from this film taking place in a nightclub in New York, singing "Everybody Gets to Go to the Moon" written by Jimmy Webb. An uptempo number, performed with verve, and you couldn't miss Sheila Ferguson, she was/is a big old unit, and I'm not being deprecating about the oh so lovely Ms. Ferguson, apparently H.R.H. Prince Charles was also an admirer, and he's two months my junior. I wonder how many other music people appeared in films et cetera.....for sure I recall the late great sex-god Rick James appearing on an episode of tt0084967 The A-Team, and he looked totally bemused.....probably off his nut on Mary Jane....
