Notes

The coquette will only give her heart to someone who can offer her jewels. A handsome stranger falls for her but doesn’t have any jewels. He finds out about a statue of the Madonna with priceless jewels which he steals. The coquette falls in love but is forever haunted for the fact that he stole them.
