The notes say tersely "Recorded Trinity 7–10 January 1999" which is true on both counts; this was recorded at Trinity College, Cambridge during the liturgical season of Trinity. All the hymns will be familiar to those attending churches that use Hymns Ancient and Modern or the New English Hymnal, the special feature being that all include Descant arrangements, sometimes double, for men and women singers, and are well sung by this young choir. The arranger is not credited but it seems likely that, as director and organist to the choir, Richard Marlow would have had the greater part in the writing.
