Probably 1970's I would think, certainly no earlier than 1969, which is when EMI's international catalogue numbering system was introduced. Also, the label for Germany should properly be Die Stimme Seines Herrn, it looks to me that Odeon is just on a sticker, so I suspect that this copy was an export to a country where EMI didn't own the Nipper trademark, such as the USA (though Schwann catalogues right through the 1970s were still showing the original USA edition on Angel; Schwann sometimes missed things, however). Also, EMI shouldn't be used as a label where there is another label brand present; the logo just signifies that the main label brand is part of the EMI group.
