This, being the original vinyl release.

(in part, at least)

Yep, that looks like it; I note that the "English Folk Song Suite' was only one track on that issue, as against three here.

 PhilMH, This one I presume?

Indeed, the various tracks would have been on various His Master's Voice (or Angel in the Americas) albums, and Sir Adrian Boult was long a mainstay of EMI's classical roster. Incidentally, looking closer at the insert above, I think even the 1991 CD in Discogs may not be the first CD issue, and that there was a previous one in 1987. That would have been on EMI outside the Americas (with the Angel logo, but not the name) whereas the Americas would have shown the Angel name on the longboxes that were in use then. 1991 is when I think the EMI Classics name and logo came into use, to obviate the need to use different trademarks in different countries.

Thanks for the clarification. 'Digital remastering' implies that there had been earlier issues of the tracks on one or more vinyl albums

This edition is not a 1991 release; it is a reissue of a previous EMI Classics issue, as it has an EMI-style catalogue number, barcode and French distribution code (PM for Pathe Marconi), so this would date from after the EMI break-up of 2012/13. Discogs has the 1991 original.
