I've just had a look at the 1992 edition of The Penguin Guide To Compact Discs and Cassettes, and this is listed, so that implies that it was also a UK release, but unfortunately the other discographical sites don't have this at all, so there's no way of knowing whether the same edition was distributed internationally or whether separate editions were made for each country (as it appears this one was made for France). On balance, though, I would be inclined to make this International, assuming that all editions had the same barcode, and the main part of the catalogue numbers (67279) is the same.
PhilMH, this was really a problem for me. The EMI logo is French, the catalogue number is American, the box says Made in Germany, and so do the two CD's. On the other hand, the copyright notice on the brim of the same CD's is in French. So this might in fact be an International release.
It's hard to tell whether this is a French release (the EMI France logo) that just happened to have been made in Germany, or whether it is in fact an International release, as it sports a USA catalogue number on the back insert; the Schwann catalogue, however, shows the label as Angel (Laser), which I think was a budget-priced series, so maybe that USA edition had unique packaging?
