 Wikipedia tells us that Transeamus means "We travel on", but the entire entry is about this recording by The Hilliard Ensemble.

When Britten wrote his "There Is No Rose Of Such Vertu" in his Ceremony of Carols he included the line "Aleluia, Resmiranda, Pares Forma, Gaudeamus, Transeamus"

 Old Skool, ... real old skool, these beautiful English Carols and Motets were sung at the court of Henry VIII ! :)
