More results for titles on this joint label around the net if you simply search as either Oriole MG / SMG, or Eurodisc MG / SMG... seems people list them on ebay and the like as either one or the other, but not as a joint label.
Still comparatively few turn up in the results, and they can be had for less than a fiver in most instances, so won't break the bank... but well worth getting if you find one, good vinyl, good recordings.
(actually, I got it from the same place as the last one I found, and I knew it was there, I just left it be because this one was mono... but now having seen how scarce issues from this combined label are on the net, I went back and got it- very thorough though this time. no others found).
This one is a year later than the stereo n I entered, and I think some Oriole only labelled titles were issued in between, even concurrently with the joint label issues, but both within the same cataloguing system, and sequence, so it seems only certain titles were issued as both.
...Helpfully, to an extent, there are pictures and catalogue numbers of other titles on the back of this one (Have to wait a little for images though I'm afraid, as my scanner is not co-operative at the moment- sorry - will be rectified soon)... of which, two clearly have the joint label logo on their front covers, but one doesn't. This last one though, was actually in the shop I got this from! (spooky), and so can confirm that that one is an Oriole only label (no Eurodisc anywhere on it.
These three titles are:
(reading straight off the back of this issue)
1: Haydn String Quartet in D Minor Op.75 (Oriole / Eurodisc: MG 20065 (Mono), SMG 2066 (Stereo)
2: The London Soloists' Ensemble - Play Concerti Grossi (by: Vivaldi, Geminiani, Telemann, and A. Scarlatti) (Oriole ONLY - MG 20067 (Mono), SMG 20086 (Stereo))
3: Bamburg Symphony Orchestra with (What looks like) Kortez (?- very small print) - Mozart / Haydn: Symphonies in E and D respectively - MG 20068 (Mono), SMG 20069 (Stereo) Oriole / Eurodisc joint logo label.
So keep em' peeled folks, there's got to be more of these out there, it just might not be apparent just from the front cover that both labels are present.
